JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Petitioner and four other persons were caught while they were allegedly, carrying Indian made foreign liquor in two different vehicles. However, co-accused Chandan Choudhary and two others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court whereas; petitioner is in jail custody since 19-06-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
