2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi (Sudhani O.P.) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2022 and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5.It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except informant, others have turned hostile and

6.The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. Out of six witnesses, four have been examined. 7.Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8.This Court at this stage will not go into the merits of the case as the trial of the case is on the verge of the completion.

9.Considering the same, this application is dismissed with direction to the Court below to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same within three months. 10.This application stands rejected.
