JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Sri Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset submits that during pendency of the writ petition claimed salary of the petitioner has already been paid , however he submits that petitioner was entitled to get interest on belated payment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15897 of 2010 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 The court is of the opinion that since the salary which was withheld has already been paid to the petitioner, there is no reason to keep the matter pending. If so advised , petitioner may avail appropriate remedy in respect of claim of interest. The writ petition stands disposed of.
