JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.06.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Kursakanta P. S. Case No. 14 of 2012, whereby the petition for discharge filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of final argument of the case.
