2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 60 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the bicycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused Manikant Kumar. Petitioner is not the owner of the bicycle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41424 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court II, Katihar, in connection with Mansahi P.S.
