JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother of co-accused Anuj Singh @ Sonu. The victim has already been recovered and her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C which is evident from perusal of Para 79 of the case diary. Although victim has stated that this petitioner forcibly took her to Assam but she admitted that she was dropped at Siwan by co-accused Anuj Singh @ Sonu and he did nothing to her.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
