Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner and others were apprehended while fleeing away along with motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Patna
