Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that co-accused Deepak Kamkar @ Deepak Kumar has already been allowed regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.15469 of 2016 on 20.05.2016.
