The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 under Sections 30A, 38(1), (2) and 47 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is that he was showing way riding his bicycle to the vehicles on which the alleged foreign liquors were being transported. He would further submit that there is no recovery / seizure from his motorcycle or from his conscious possession.
