Petitioners seek bail in Special Excise Case No.4624 of 2019 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.216 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 17.25 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.1 and 97.38 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner No.2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 15.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Excise Case No.4624 of 2019 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.216 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
