1. Heard Mr. Gajendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jagdhar Prasad, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehari Rail P. S. Case No. 25 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 143(5) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Section 79 of the J.J. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the trafficking of minor children by this petitioner, though, the said children detailed in the FIR were found in the custody of the petitioner but in fact the petitioner was taking them for labour work with the consent of the parents of the said children, so, there was no

No.41733 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 wrong on the part of the petitioner in taking the said children and in the past, the petitioner has not remained involved in such type of allegation levelled against him in the FIR. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a poor person, depends on labour work, is a young person having fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 21.12.2024 and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly taking into account the petitioner's young age and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Dehari Rail P. S. Case No. 25 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
