2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, this petitioner is alleged to have caught hold of the informant during altercation. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner and he is in custody since 17.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chapra, District - Saran in connection with Garkha P.S.
