The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/443/325/307/504/324 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner no.1 caused fire arm injury to Neha Devi and petitioner no.2 caused injury to the informant by 'farsa' whereas petitioner no.3 caused injury with knife to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it is found that the informant received three injuries with regard to which the opinion has been reserved. The accusation has been levelled in the background of the land dispute.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33437 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.56 of 2015, pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
