The petitioners being parents and sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture after six years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from

No.33900 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, arrah in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No.214 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No.1396C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
