The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37529 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/3 125 of 2019, dated 15.09.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they there is general and omnibus allegation against them. In fact, they have got no concern with the affairs of their son and they are separate in mess and business.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid
