JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner in custody seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148,149, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he shot fire and killed the informant's brother.

It is submitted that the informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence; in fact no one has seen the occurrence. However, the other co-accused apprehended in the case has disclosed the name of this petitioner who has shot and killed the informant's brother and the investigation is still continuing. Petitioner has also got criminal antecedent.

So, at this stage the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
