No. 1580 of 2014 (arising out of Sanokhar P.S. Case NO. 40 of 2014) passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Bhagalpur by which his plea of juvenility has been rejected. In my view, the application is thoroughly misconceived. The petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order passed by the Juvenile Justice Board under Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33815 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 Children) Act, 2000.
