The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampur P. S. Case No. 360 of 2020 dated 06.07.2020, instituted for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession and he has also not been put on test

He is in custody since 07.07.2020.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahampur P. S. Case No. 360 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
