Case No.31/16 registered for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the uncle of the informant with lathi causing injury on his head. The submission of the petitioner is that the doctor found simple injury and he is in custody since 29.7.2016. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajendra Das, J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai,in Halsi P.S. Case No.31/16 /G.R. No.410/16.
