JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to make payment of retiral benefits against various heads, viz, Pension, Group Insurance, G.P. F, Arrears of ACP, differential amount of the increased salary and other miscellaneous dues which the petitioner is entitled to after her superannuation with effect from 28.02.2014.

The petitioner retired from the post of Lady Health Visitor.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondents State of Bihar, stating therein that the

petitioner had been paid the General Provident Fund amount, Group Insurance amount and Gratuity on 05.06.2014. It has also been stated that Leave encashment amount has also been paid to the petitioner on 26.12.2014 and ACP arrears on 20.07.2015. The details have been mentioned in paragraphs 8 and 8/1 of the counter affidavit. The Pension Payment Order issued by the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar has also been brought on record by way of Annexure to the counter affidavit.

Considering the above, this application has become infructuous and it is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous.
