JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is accused in Kudra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Petitioner was taken into custody on 31.03.2017 but till date he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. It appears from the order dated 14.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27012 of 2017 that similarly situated co-accused, Azad Khan was granted bail by this Hon'ble Court.

On the ground of parity, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27286 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
