Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sour Bazar (Pastpar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence under sections 504/386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1)a 26 35 37(b) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

From the possession of the petitioner it is alleged that one loaded country-made pistol was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
