The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer has been renewed on the ground that the informant has now retracted from the initial version and filed a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36711 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 compromise petition before the learned court below. Since the earlier application was permitted to be withdrawn, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, in view of the retracted version of the informant, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 89 of 2012 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Madhubani. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
