Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out, by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.144 of 2019 arising out of Garkha P.S. case No.444 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VII, Saran at Chapra.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 series to the present application taking into account that the confession of the petitioner had led to recovery. A report was called for from the trial court. It has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43972 of 2022(3) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 reported that out of ten prosecution witnesses, eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of two months.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial at the earliest.
