2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 337, 338, 354(A), 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, section 8 of the POCSO Act and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the thirteen FIR named accused persons including petitioner and 30-35 unknown persons came at the house of informant and started abusing and also pelting stones and bricks and co-accused Baiju Sahni and Sudhir Sahni tried to outrage the modesty of grand-daughter of informant.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of outraging
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42063 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 the modesty is against other co-accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. Petitioner is only member of the mob. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cumSpecial Judge POCSO, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 222 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
