2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to kidnapping of informant's minor daughter and during the course of investigation, the so-called victim was recovered from the house of one person, namely, Aman Kumar and the petitioner is not alleged to have been found at the place of recovery of victim at the relevant time and he has been made accused mainly on account of being the father of co-accused Dulari Kumar and the said Dulari Kumari has been granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board and the petitioner has suffered a lot on account of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39242 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 alleged wrong committed by his daughter. It is further submitted that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 03.04.2025 and against him, the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the relevant materials. Though the petitioner is alleged to be involved in trafficking of the victim but the main allegation appears against his daughter Dulari Kumari, who is on bail as per above submission and further, the victim has been recovered and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and against him, the investigation has been completed, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025.
