The petitioner seeks bail in Laheri P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
The police got information that some miscreants assembled to cheat the people in the name of identifying the face and got reward. A raid was conducted, four persons Shrawan Kumar, Laltus @ Lavkush Yadav @ Lavkush Kumar, the petitioner, Shambhu Kumar @ Shivshankar and Jalandhar Kumar were arrested and different articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner and others.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shrawan
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46233 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 08.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46036 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. The petitioner is in jail since 30.07.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Biharsharif in Laheri P.S.
