Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 29-06-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chiksaura P.S.
