The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the opposite Party No. 2 passed in Cr. Misc. 41255 of 2013 by this Court.

Since the Petitioner had sought cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party No. 2 on the ground that at the time of granting him bail, he had concealed the fact that he was an accused in another case, notices had been issued to him but none appears on his behalf.

The Court below is directed to issue notice to the Opposite Party No. 2 and proceed against him since he had given a
