The petitioner who is in custody since 12.03.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, daughter of the informant was strangulated to death in her sasural and as such the F.I.R.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father- in- law of the deceased who was herself suffering from mental problem and the accused persons were getting her treated by one Dr. Rahul Kumar, a Neurologist at Patna. Copies of the documents have been brought on record as Annexure 2 series to this application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner happens to be the father- in- law of the deceased and is in custody since 12.3.2019, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S.
