In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 412/413/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the police received secret information on phone, raided the house of the petitioner, recovered statue of lord Ganesha and a Shivling from there and, thereafter, the petitioner was arrested. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Shivratan Paswan @ Shivjatan Paswan is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
