2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 331(4), 305(a) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft in the house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2026.

5. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that in the event of petitioner being released on bail, he will stay outside Bihar.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39584 of 2026(4) dt.06-07-2026 2/3 as well as the averments made in the supplementary affidavit, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2026, subject to the condition that he shall appear in the trial regularly either virtually or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, at the time of furnishing his bail bonds, will provide a specific address as to where he will stay outside the State of Bihar and Jharkhand and will also mark his attendance weekly in the local police station. After the petitioner is being released on bail, the Court below will verify from the Superintendent of Police of the district where the petitioner is staying as to whether the petitioner is marking his attendance in the local police station or not. If the Court below finds that the petitioner is not complying the orders of this court then his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

10. The petitioner will visit Bihar only on the date fixed in the trial as well as in other cases in which he is an accused and is required to visit the trial Court in Bihar. Before
