The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing theft in the bank. Subsequently the complicity of the petitioner being Class IV employee of the bank transpired from the CCTV footage. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has returned the alleged amount and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.33616 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Supaul. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
