2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused from whom there is recovery of ganja and pistol. The petitioner is in jail since 11.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

No.45633 of 2024(2) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge N.D.P.S., Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Samastipur Muffasil Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
