During course of transportation of 115 litres foreign wine of Indian origin petitioner along with Arvind Kumar Yadav were apprehended. Furthermore, status of petitioner happens to be that of driver of the Alto car and is under custody since 03.08.2016 having absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Osihar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.325/2016.
