2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 294, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 646 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the FIR is against as many as 20 named and 7-8 unknown persons. It is further submitted that specific accusation of assault is against other accused persons while such accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the

No.38588 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 informant opposes the bail petition inviting reference to the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai dated 15.03.2019 passed in A.B.A. No. 235 of 2019 which has taken note of as many as ten persons having sustained grievous injuries at the hands of the accused persons.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
