The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 709 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the first information report, the petitioner is husband of the deceased. The allegation against the petitioner and his family members is of demanding dowry. In the circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
