JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 It has come under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the appellant stating that in the order dated 29.6.2017 in place of 'bail' 'pre-arrest bail has been mentioned and in last but one paragraph of the order 'S.P., Buxar' has been mentioned in place of 'S.P., Madhepura'. In view of above submission, the order dated 29.6.2017 is modified to the extent that 'pre-arrest bail' should be correctly read as 'bail' and 'Buxar' should be correctly read as 'Madhepura'.
