2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No.159 of 2024 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the petitioner was engaged as Self Help Group (in short 'SHG') worker and allegedly she in connivance with other workers, misappropriated an amount of Rs.55,29,960/-. Petitioner had failed to maintain the account register of 8 SHG out of 12 SHG and the alleged irregularities happened during the period when she was deployed therewith.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that the petitioner was made scapegoat by the higher officials, who were actually involved in misappropriation of the alleged amount. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation qua misappropriation is available against this petitioner through FIR, moreover, the FIR does not disclose the date and time of transaction. It is submitted that admittedly petitioner was not an authorized signatory of any of the withdrawals. Explaining criminal antecedent, it is submitted that petitioner found involved in one more criminal case, which is of different nature, regarding domestic dispute, where she is on bail.

Learned APP while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that the involvement of this petitioner was beyond suspicion as alleged against other co-accused person like Kajal Kumari, who has been granted anticipatory bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.85314 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as the allegation qua withdrawal is not

No.41771 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 3/3 specific against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that FIR does not disclose any date and time of transaction/occurrence, accordingly, the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No.159 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'CrPC')/under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'BNSS').
