18-01-2017 Heard Sri Dhananjay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, on 08-04-2016, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected and thereafter, the present bail petition was filed in the month of September, 2016.

In this case, a report was called for regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at flag 'G'. The report dated 20-08-2016 suggests that in this case, charge has already been framed and after framing of charge, one of the co-accused died and as such, some time was consumed for getting report. Considering the fact that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the case is registered under Section 304(B) of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41673 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 I.P.C., there is no need to review my earlier order. The petition stands dismissed.
