The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37497 of 2020(3) dt.26-05-2021 2/3 that according to the accusation in the F.I.R., the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are said to have assaulted the informant by hard and blunt substance on his back, whereas the petitioner No. 3 is said to have assaulted the wife of the informant. The injuries suffered by the informant and his wife are stated to be simple in nature.

The petitioners are agnates of the informant and the occurrence arose out of a dispute over a mobile telephone. The parties have been at loggerheads from before also because of land dispute.

Considering the afore-noted aspects of the matter and taking into account the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid
