Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.108 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. As per the prosecution case, 500 gm. Ganja was recovered from the shoe shop of the petitioner and the petitioner was indulged in selling the same.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No recovery has been made from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he was falsely implicated in this case at the instance of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29547 of 2017 (02) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 police due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand. He has been languishing in jail custody since 11.05.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger (Spl. Court) N.D.P.S. Act in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.108 of 2017.
