This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.153/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though recovery of ganja was much lower than the small quantity, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected only for the moment. He submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for sufficient period.
Considering the observation earlier recorded in order dated 20.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.47224 of 2016, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32290 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Dilip Kumar @ Munna Kumar @ Munna Saw @ Munna be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 2nd , Patna in Special Case No.44/2016 arising out of Didarganj P.S. Case No.153/2016.
