After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45038 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
