====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-08-2018 This contempt application cannot proceed.
It appears that by order dated 04.03.2009 during the pendency of M.A No. 524 of 2008 certain interim orders were passed directing the S.D.O, Patna, to visit the place in question and prepare an inventory of the properties of M/s Bajrang Paper Products and to submit the same before the learned Court dealing the Miscellaneous Appeal.
From the Annexures to the show cause placed on the record it appears that in presence of both the parties inventories were prepared and the same were sent to this Court. In such circumstance, there is no reason to proceed with the contempt application.
Patna High Court MJC No.1033 of 2009 (5) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 On perusal of the previous order sheets of this Court would show that for last four dates the matter has been adjourned at the instance of the petitioner.
The application is dismissed.
