2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Nagar (S) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased with an air gun.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner had shot at the husband of the informant due to which he died.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
