====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2021 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh No.1, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Satya Nand Shukla, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Marhawrah P. S. Case No.181 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Section 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law and brother-inlaw of the deceased respectively. The learned Advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation is general and omnibus. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37545 of 2020(4) dt.06-07-2021 2/2 petitioners, after the marriage of the deceased with her husband, did not maintain any contact with the family of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners therefore submits that only because of their relationship with the husband of the deceased, they have been made accused in this case. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P. S. Case No.181 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
