The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, the motor cycle of the informant is said to have been stolen by some unknown persons. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced in this case on his confessional statement. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Regarding aforesaid recovery Warisnagar (Mathurapur) P.S.Case No. 44 of 2014 has been registered. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2017.
