The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021/G.R. No. 323 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 387, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having considering the submission and the nature of allegation which has been alleged against the petitioner, this case appears to be concocted. However, considering that the petitioner is a shop keeper, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
