Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.353 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 121, 379, 414, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of UAP Act. . Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She is not named in the First Information Report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from her possession. As per seizure list, recovery of firearm has been made from the field of Ajmeri Begum. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Manzar Alam and Gullan @ Gulfam.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.353 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
